Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

• You may only test websites you own or have explicit permission to test
• Do not use RoboQA to test websites without authorization
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or attack any website
• Violation of these rules results in immediate account termination

2. Free Plan

• 10 tests per month at no charge
• We reserve the right to change free plan limits with 30 days notice

3. Paid Plans

• Billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan
• Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months
• 7-day free trial on the Pro plan

4. Service Availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it
• Scheduled maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance
• No SLA on Free or Pro plans — SLA is available on Enterprise only

5. Intellectual Property

• RoboQA owns all code, UI, and AI models
• Your test data and results belong to you
• You grant us a license to use aggregate anonymized data to improve the product

6. Limitation of Liability

• RoboQA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
• Maximum liability is capped at your last 3 months of subscription fees

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms with 14 days notice
• Continued use of RoboQA after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh, India.
