Terms of Service

By using RoboQA, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

  • You may only test websites you own or have explicit permission to test
  • Do not use RoboQA to test websites without authorization
  • Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or attack any website
  • Violation of these rules results in immediate account termination

2. Run Packs

  • RoboQA is pay-per-run — you buy a pack of test runs; there is no free tier and no monthly subscription
  • Prices are in Indian rupees, and the price shown is the final amount you pay
  • Each pack expires after a fixed period from the date of purchase: the 1-run and 3-run packs expire after 30 days, the 10-run pack after 60 days, the 30-run pack after 90 days, and the 100-run pack after 180 days
  • Deep mode tests use 3 runs from your balance instead of 1
  • A Robo Scan uses run credits like a test run does, and if a scan fails because of an error on our side, its run is returned to your balance
  • If a run fails because of an error on our side, the run is credited back to your balance automatically
  • An unused pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase by emailing navjot@roboqa.tech or through our support form
  • Runs that have already been used, and packs that have expired, are non-refundable

3. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it
  • Scheduled maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance
  • No SLA on standard run packs — SLA is available only under a custom contract

4. Intellectual Property

  • RoboQA owns all code, UI, and AI models
  • Your test data and results belong to you
  • You grant us a license to use aggregate anonymized data to improve the product

5. Limitation of Liability

  • RoboQA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
  • Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for run packs in the 3 months before the claim

6. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms with 14 days notice
  • Continued use of RoboQA after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh, India.
