- Payment info (processed securely by Stripe/Razorpay — we never store card details)

- To run tests on websites you specify
- To send you test results and notifications
- To improve RoboQA's accuracy and features
- To send weekly digest emails (if enabled in Settings)
- We never sell your data to third parties
3. Data Storage
- Data stored securely on servers in India/US
- Test results kept for 90 days then auto-deleted
- You can request deletion anytime via support@roboqa.tech
4. Third Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate RoboQA. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Stripe / Razorpay for payments
- 2captcha for CAPTCHA solving
- MailSlurp for email flow testing
- Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis
5. Cookies
- We use minimal cookies for authentication only
- No advertising cookies or tracking pixels

- Export your test history via CSV export in the dashboard
