Frequently asked questions

What counts as one run? ⌄
One run is one test of one URL with one prompt. It counts as one run whether it takes 5 steps or 50. Deep mode explores more of your site, so it uses 3 runs. A Robo Scan uses runs like a test run does (1 run per scan), and if a scan fails because of an error on our side, its run is returned to your balance.
What happens if a run fails? ⌄
If a run fails because of an issue on our side, the run is added back to your balance automatically. You only use up a run when the test actually completes.
Do runs expire? ⌄
Yes. A pack is valid for 30 to 180 days depending on its size, as shown above. Buying another pack does not extend the expiry of the earlier one.
Can I test any website? ⌄
Yes, any publicly accessible website. For staging sites behind HTTP Basic Auth, add your credentials in Settings before you run the test.
Can I get a refund? ⌄
If you have not used any runs, email navjot@roboqa.tech within 7 days of buying and we will refund the pack. Runs that have already been used cannot be refunded.
Which payment methods do you accept? ⌄
UPI, Paytm, NetBanking and all major cards through Razorpay.
Can my team share a pack? ⌄
No. A pack belongs to one account, and only that account can use its runs. For team arrangements, contact us.
Which AI model runs my tests? ⌄
Your runs use Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 5.5. We may change models as better ones appear, and we'll keep the price per run the same unless we say otherwise.
